Returns and Exchanges

Our goal is to provide you with apparel that you love.  We want you to be completely satisfied with your order, so please get in touch with us at info@purplefinchshop.com if you have a concern and we will do what we can to ensure your satisfaction. 

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns.  However, we do accept exchanges on full-priced, unworn and unused merchandise.  

Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for one that is identical, please get in touch with us by email at info@purplefinchshop.com and send your item to:

This policy lasts 30 days.  If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.
